Withdrawal from participation::
- Resignation from participation submitted by September 8, 2023 allows for a full refund of the fee.
- Cancellations submitted after this date will not result in a refund.
- All resignations should be submitted by e-mail to: konferencje@ump.edu.pl
Invoices:
- The organizer issues invoices based on the payment made to the data provided in the form during registration or by e-mail to the following address: konferencje@ump.edu.pl.
- It is possible to issue an invoice no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of sale.
- After this date, it will be impossible to issue an invoice.
- Legal basis: Deadlines for issuing invoices - general rule. Pursuant to Art. 106i section 1 of the VAT Act, the invoice must be issued no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the goods were delivered or the service was performed.
